The MAZURCZAK series NS-level rod controls are components suitable for controlling the level of acidic, alkaline liquid fluids. The aforementioned level controls consist of contact probes (rods) and electrical connection systems (terminal cover caps) and fixing systems. The contact probes can be coated with PVC or Teflon PTFE FEP sheaths and are assembled to the electrical connection systems. Level controls with NS rods can have up to five contact probes; the electrical connections are provided inside a terminal cover with IP 65 protection degree (LC or BC version). Furthermore, the level controls with rods can also be “associated” with the PT 100 temperature probes. The versions of the rod level controls associated with the NT temperature probes, can only have three or four contact probes plus a PT100.
In operation, a constant potential difference (about 8-10V) must be generated between the contact probes inside the liquids.
Contact probes can be made of the following materials:
The electrical connection systems (terminal cover caps) can be “coupled” to the fixing elements (threaded nipples, threaded bushes, flanges, etc.). The connection and fixing elements can be made of PP or PVDF and are “coupled” together with the welding systems (polyfusion). The electrical connections are provided inside the protective cover with IP 65 protection degree (LC or BC version).
To allow the “reading” of the signals, the level controls at NS auctions can be associated with the relative electronic equipment ETS 100, ETS 200, ETS 410, ENR 200 and ENR 300. These devices allow sensitivity adjustment. This important feature allows you to always get the perfect working condition regardless of the electrical conductivity of the fluids in which the probes are inserted. The use of “precious” materials such as Teflon PTFE compound, the use of innovative equipment for the manufacture and coating of the rods, combined with the use of the most modern equipment for testing the product, guarantees the manufacture of products from high performance and high level of quality and reliability.
