Teflon heating elements by MAZURCZAK

The teflon heating elements by MAZURCZAK are components suitable for electric heating of liquid fluids. These resistances are divided into: Galmatherm spiral type electric heating elements, Galmaform mouldable heating elements, Galmaflon modeled electric heating elements.

The Galmatherm spiral type electric heating elements consist of heating elements, fixing elements (frames, supports, spacers, etc.) and electrical connection elements (connection cables or terminal cover caps). The heating elements consist of the resistive wires inserted in the covering sheaths. These sheaths can be in PTFE FEP or PTFE PFA teflon. The covered heating elements are assembled to the connecting elements, arranged in a spiral and can “coupled” to the fixing elements. The fixing elements can be made of PP or PVDF and are “coupled” to the heating elements with assembly systems. Galmatherm spiral type heating elements can be supplied in different shapes and sizes. On request, the Galmatherm spiral type resistors can be equipped with over-temperature safety systems.

The Galmatherm spiral-type MAZURCZAK series heating elements are suitable for heating all liquid fluids, both alkaline and acidic, even at high temperatures.

The use of “precious” materials such as PTFE Teflon PFA, the use of innovative equipment for the manufacture of heating elements, the adoption of the most modern assembly systems combined with the use of the most modern equipment for testing the product, guarantees the manufacture of products with high performance and a high level of quality and reliability.
