The eat exchangers and heat exchange plates in metal material Synotherm by MAZURCZAK are components that have a high thermal conductivity index and are suitable for heating and / or cooling liquid and gaseous fluids. In addition to heating and / or cooling the fluids, the heat exchange plate batteries are used as essential components in heat recovery systems. These exchangers are composed of heating elements (heat exchange plates) that can be “coupled” to the fixing elements (threaded nipples, threaded bushes, flanges, etc.) and can be made both in single plates and in batteries of plates of suitably connected heat exchange. For the heat exchange plate batteries, suitable carpentries are provided. The products are executed in relation to the specific technical requirements of the systems in which they must be inserted. The Teflon-coated stainless steel and titanium executions are very resistant to corrosion and are suitable for use in even highly acidic fluids.
The flat and smooth surfaces of the heat exchange plates are easy to clean, through pressurized water or chemical solutions, thus guaranteeing high performance over time. This peculiarity of the above mentioned heat exchangers allows the use in particularly dirty and / or polluted liquid and gaseous fluids.
The carpentry and the connecting elements are made of metal marerial (carbon steel or stainless steel) and are “coupled” to the heating elements with welding systems (braze welding or tig) or caulking.
The use of “precious” materials such as Teflon-coated steel and titanium, the use of innovative equipment for processing and transforming heating elements, the adoption of the most modern welding and caulking systems, combined with the adoption of the most modern equipment for product testing, guarantees the manufacture of products with high performance and a high level of quality and reliability.
