The MAZURCZAK temperature probes are components with excellent mechanical, thermal and precision qualities suitable for monitoring the temperatures of acidic, alkaline and demineralized liquid solutions, even when the working conditions are “heavy” and the operating temperatures are high. These series of products are identified with the letters TF. These temperature probes are composed of sensitive elements (temperature sensors), containment elements (external sheaths), electrical connection systems (cables or terminal covers) and any fixing systems. The temperature sensors of the MAZURCZAK series probes are inserted in the external sheaths, assembled to the connection systems and possibly “coupled” to the fixing systems. The external sheaths can be rigid or flexible and each of them can contain up to 2 temperature sensors. The MAZURCZAK temperature probes are equipped with four-wire PT100 temperature sensors or 4-20mA transmitters. The electrical connections can be provided inside a protection cover with IP 65 protection degree (LC version) or with 1600mm PVC cables (PG execution).

The protective cover caps for the electrical connections can be made of PP or PVDF with a standard IP 65 protection rating.
The fixing elements can be made of stainless steel, PP or PVDF and are “coupled” to the heating elements with the welding systems (tig or polyfusion). The use of “precious” materials such as Teflon PTFE, the use of innovative equipment for the manufacture and coating of the stems, the adoption of the most modern welding and assembly systems combined with the adoption of the most modern testing equipment of the product, guarantees the manufacture of products with high performance and high quality and reliability.
